The two local drug stores that were in town when I lived in Machias are now gone and replaced by one big one, Rite Aid. This drug store came into town in a new building and has since moved out of that building only to build a bigger one next door. The old building is vacant.

I love that you did this! After I spent the year there while Dan was in Korea, we went around taking pictures too. I didn't do as thorough a job as you did though! I'd like to figure out how to just print out these pages and stick them in a scrapbook. Most of mine are of views of the bay or the inlet near my parents' house. I got the cutler towers too. Those totally signify home for me!
